CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellation [ by client request]

Deposits are non-refundable, so please take your time before placing an order to think about it. This money is used to pay the factory for the start of production and is not available to us. But we understand that personal situations change and that is why we offer you the option of point 3.

2. Cancellation [by lack of demand]

For each project we need a minimum number of units to be able to produce in the factory, this number is usually 50 units. That is why we reserve the right to cancel a project if it does not reach the minimum units required. In this case you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

3. Transfer the Pre Order to another customer

The customer will have the possibility to transfer his active preorder to another collector friend, the customer interested in the transfer has to take care of finding this other person and provide us with his data. Name and shipping information will be changed free of charge.
